  • Product description: Mainly used to process cotton (chemical fibre) laps and cotton (chemical fibre) layers,then card them into standard slivers and store in a sliver can for the next process.

A186H Carding Machine

The preceding process of this machine is combined opening and scutching machine and the following process is drawing frame. The machine is mainly used for the processing of cotton (chemical fibre) laps and cotton (chemical fibre) layers. The machine combs the curly cotton (chemical) lumps moving from the preceding process or feeding hopper to straight single fibres. Meanwhile, the impurities will be removed. Then it spins them into standard slivers and stored in a sliver can for the next process.

MAIN ADVANTAGES:

Micro-computer control and digital display relevant parameters.

Front and rear stationary flats and card segment under taker-in are fixed.

Automatic stopping while Doffer returning flow of fibres, thick laps and sliver breakage.

Testing the delivery speed and draft range, display the length.

Flats uses 0.56mm small heel-toe to improve the combing efficiency.

Doffer motor is of stepless frequency control by an inverter.

Piecing-up with low speed and high-speed motion.

Continuous suction is adopted.
